2. Server logs
The hosting provider may process technically required server log information such as IP address, time, requested resource, browser, operating system and referrer to provide the website securely and without disruption. Retention periods depend on the production hosting configuration and operational security requirements.
3. Enquiries
When you use the contact form or contact us by email, the information is processed to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to take steps prior to entering a contract. Form data is validated server-side and sent to the configured contact mailbox. It is not intended to be stored in a separate website database. Do not submit credentials or confidential system details through the standard form.
4. Cookies and analytics
The current website implementation does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Any later change requires an update to this policy and, where applicable, a consent mechanism.
5. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to complain to a data protection authority.
